Well, we want to take as much work out of your hands as possible but there will be some parts we need to involve you with.  Firstly an onboarding call to discuss who you are, and what you do and highlight some possibilities of who we will need to interview.  Contracting your client or customer initially to see if they’d be happy to be involved would be down to you but as soon as you get a yes you can let them know we will be in touch and we can take it from there. We will do as much as we can such as organising the shoot with your client and liaising with you along the way to keep you informed. After the shoot, we will provide you with the review edits via links. If you require any small amends to ensure you are 100% happy you can make some comments and we will edit the videos.

We keep our crews small. 2-3 people will attend your clients’ office or location and will need an area to set up for interviews that is relatively quiet and is aesthetic. From there 20 – 30 minutes per interview is required and then approx 2 hours to to get some additional B-roll or relevant footage and photos.  As long as everyone involved is informed of our attendance and we can keep to schedule the 4 hours on site should be relatively unobtrusive and flow smoothly for the customer.

We are a very professional team that has years of experience dealing with people who have not been on camera before or are nervous in front of camera. We take our time interviewing people and spend time easing them into the process and feeling comfortable. From there the magic happens in the edit. We take the best bits from the interview and piece them together along with the b-roll to create a smooth flowing engaging edit that becomes a high-quality video testimonial.

As a rule of thumb, 1week after the shoot you will be able to see a review of the long-form video.  From there, depending on how quickly you can review and provide any amends determines the turnaround of the final files.
