In 3 intensive months, we produce a treasure trove of creative improvements to your brand using a full marketing, design, digital and video production DEPARTMENT for the cost of hiring one person in house.
On a full-day shoot with our film crew, we get a library of footage that we can turn into multiple videos to spread out over your website, social media and advertising.
Our CAA certified drone pilots will collect beautiful footage and stills of your properties, office or location. We carry out all risk assessments and checks required before going up (we also have all relevant insurance required).
We also include a shoot with a stills photographer to get both stylish and practical imagery of your locations. Images include full unlimited copyright to use as much as you want with out extra costs.
The day of filming would have been planned so well that you don’t just get one or two videos, you get up to 20. You want multiple promotional videos but we want a lot of short clips / reels to spread across your marketing and social media.
Yellow will produce a brand new updates 10 page brochure for your company and we will design a brand new template for you presentations to help you close more sales pitches.
We build an audit of your website of what we would improve to increase conversions, and once signed off, we can then make the changes to your website that you need.
We have worked with dozens of people in the property industry, including companies such as DeTrafford, Morgan Sindall, Simple Life Homes, Onward Homes, The Momentum Group, Symphony Housing, ERE Property, NPP Investments, Advantage Investments, and more.
You have monthly video meetings with the team (with a representative from the digital, design, video and photography departments in the call). You’ll also have full access to our project management board to see our ‘to do’ list, where we are up to, when to expect things and an area to leave feedback when we upload work.
It is just a 3 month contract and we can split the cost into 3 monthly payments to be easier on your cash flow.
Once payment has been made to Yellow, you have unlimited usage copyright for all videos, images, design and content we produce for you.
Travel costs for the film crew / photographers from Liverpool to your location for shoots. Printing costs if you require us to print your designs (eg brochures etc). That’s about it.
