Each industry is full of sales people looking to bite the hand off a potential customer for showing any kind of interest in their offering, so customers are now more wary when it comes to making a buying decision because they don’t know who to TRUST. If your marketing does not include content that is helping show that you are THE experts in your field AND that you are more interested in the success of you customers over your own selfish needs than your marketing is destined to fail.
